I graduated from the U of Oregon in 1963, UAA Masters and Honorary Doctor of Laws. I served as Supt in Anchorage School District from 2000-2012 After a 38 year career in ASD. I was active in ASA and many educational organizations at the local, state and national level. I was AK Supt of the year and named an Honorary ASA member. .My husband and I have 3 adult children and their spouses and 5 grandchildren. We are currently living in Bellingham, WA.
